BetComply has added three new professionals to its compliance team. The consultancy said the hires will help it expand support for clients across regulatory and technical compliance work.
The three new team members are Tiago Scoda Botelho, Renald Micallef, and Tina Singh. Each brings a different area of expertise to the company.
Botelho has joined as Regulatory & Licensing Compliance Officer. He previously worked as a corporate lawyer before moving into compliance roles at bet365 and 3 Oaks Gaming.
In his new role, Botelho will work with clients on regulatory compliance, licensing applications, and operational requirements across several markets. He said BetComply has built a reputation for practical, hands-on compliance support.
Micallef has been appointed AML & RG Consultant. He has more than 16 years of experience in anti-money laundering, risk, and responsible gaming.
His past roles include work with operators such as SlotsMillion and Nederlandse Loterij. Micallef said he was pleased to join a team with deep industry knowledge.
Singh has taken on the role of Technical Compliance Consultant. She brings 17 years of experience from both land-based gaming and iGaming environments.
Singh said BetComply has a strong reputation for combining technical expertise with practical client support. She added that she is looking forward to helping clients meet technical compliance requirements across multiple markets.
