Caesars Entertainment opened a new retail sportsbook at The Resort at Summerlin on March 3, 2026, marking the brand’s first physical sportsbook presence in that part of Las Vegas.
Caesars Entertainment, Inc., CZR
The ribbon-cutting ceremony included executives from both Caesars Entertainment and The Resort at Summerlin. Former Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Deryk Engelland placed the ceremonial first bet.
The sportsbook sits on the casino floor and covers nearly 6,000 square feet. It currently features a video wall, with a 360-degree LED video display at the expanded sportsbook bar set to be added before summer 2026.
Twenty self-service betting kiosks are spread across the sportsbook and the wider casino floor. These kiosks offer the same wagering markets available on the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app.
For the first time at a physical location in Summerlin, customers can register for the Caesars Sportsbook app in person. They can also make cash deposits and withdrawals on-site through the mobile platform.
Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital, said the location was designed to better serve sports fans in the Summerlin area. He pointed to the retail and mobile experience as a reflection of what the brand aims to deliver.
Michelle McHugh, VP and General Manager of The Resort at Summerlin, said the opening was something guests had been asking for. She described it as part of the continued evolution of the property.
The sportsbook opens at 8 a.m. on weekdays and 7:30 a.m. on weekends. Counter betting assistance runs until 9 or 10 p.m. most days, while kiosks are available around the clock.
App and Digital Features
The Caesars Sportsbook app launched in 2021 and has been updated regularly since. One of its more recent additions is the Universal Digital Wallet.
The wallet is live in 27 jurisdictions and lets customers in Nevada manage funds across most markets where the app operates. That kind of cross-market access is a selling point for frequent bettors who travel.
The app offers Same Game Parlays, player props, futures, and live in-play betting. It also streams thousands of sporting events directly within the platform.
The service is restricted to users aged 21 and older. Responsible gaming tools include Deposit Limits, Spending Limits, Daily Time Limits, and Cool Off Time Limits.
Summerlin Expansion
The Summerlin area sits on the western edge of the Las Vegas Valley. This opening gives Caesars a retail foothold in a community that previously lacked a physical Caesars Sportsbook location.
The Resort at Summerlin has been a long-standing property in the area. Adding a branded sportsbook ties the venue more directly into Caesars’ broader digital and retail wagering network.
The 360-degree LED display, once installed, will be one of the more eye-catching features at the location. That upgrade is expected to be in place ahead of the summer sports calendar.
