Gambling.com Group has changed its name. Starting July 23, the Nasdaq-listed company trades as Grandstand Limited under the ticker GRSD.
The switch is not just a new logo. The company has spent years growing past its original business of sending customers to betting sites.
Since going public in 2021, the business has moved into sports data, advertising technology and audience monetization. Leaders say the old name no longer matched what the company actually does.
The consumer website Gambling.com is not going away. It stays online and keeps its name, but it now sits inside a larger group of brands instead of representing the whole company.
CEO and co-founder Kevin McCrystle said the new name reflects the company’s growing role across sports, gaming and entertainment. He described the business as a provider of data and technology rather than just a marketing company.
From Consumer Brands to Enterprise Services
Grandstand’s portfolio includes several brands built through acquisitions. OddsJam covers sports betting data, RotoWire focuses on fantasy sports, and Casinos.com and WhichBingo serve casino and bingo audiences.
Together, these sites bring in millions of visitors looking for odds, fantasy tips and casino information.
Behind these consumer sites is a bigger operation aimed at business clients. Grandstand’s data division uses OpticOdds and RotoWire to send real-time odds and injury updates to sportsbooks and trading firms.
The company has also built out advertising tools. These let casino and sportsbook operators run targeted ads across Grandstand’s network of websites.
What Stays the Same for Investors
Grandstand Partners is another part of the business. It helps publishers, apps and content creators earn money from their own audiences.
In Las Vegas, a unit called Spotlight.Vegas handles ticketing and entertainment bookings tied to casinos and hotels.
The new corporate name helps separate the public company from its well-known consumer brand. Gambling.com keeps its identity, while Grandstand becomes the name investors will see on Nasdaq.
For current shareholders, little changes day to day. No shares need to be exchanged, and no paperwork is required from investors.
The company’s listing stays on the Nasdaq Global Market. Its CUSIP number has not changed.
The corporate website has now moved to a new domain under the Grandstand name, marking the final visible step in the rebrand.
