Paradise Entertainment, the parent company of Macau gaming equipment supplier LT Game, posted a sharp decline in its FY25 results. Revenue came in at HK$834.4 million, a 23.1% drop compared to the prior year.
The company said revenue from the sale and leasing of electronic gaming equipment and systems fell 45.3% to HK$199.8 million. Net profit dropped 63.5% to HK$139.4 million.
Adjusted EBITDA declined 54.2% to HK$207.5 million. Management blamed softer product demand and the end of its satellite casino management services at Casino Kam Pek Paradise in Macau.
LT Game has long been known for its Live Multi-Game terminals on Macau casino floors. These machines allow casinos to add more gaming positions without exceeding Macau’s strict limits on live tables.
But with those core numbers sliding, Paradise Entertainment is now looking to new business lines and new markets to make up the difference.
Infernoplay and the Online Gaming Push
The biggest shift is the launch of Infernoplay, a B2B game content brand built on LT Game’s existing library. The plan is to repackage those titles for licensed online gaming operators around the world.
Paradise described the global online gaming market as poised for rapid growth. It pointed to stronger technology, wider game selection, and mobile internet adoption as driving forces.
Under the Infernoplay brand, the company is developing new games that integrate generative artificial intelligence. Those titles are already in the pipeline and expected to go live soon with licensed operators.
Management sees this online content business as a near-term growth opportunity that can sit alongside its traditional electronic table games operation.
On the land-based side, Paradise is targeting expansion beyond Macau. The company flagged the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam, and North America as markets with untapped demand for its products.
Since its management agreement with SJM Resorts ended late last year, the company has also moved into advisory work. It said it partnered with another Macau gaming concessionaire to provide consultancy services starting December 2, 2025.
The company did not disclose which concessionaire it is working with. The consulting model lets Paradise earn revenue from its operational expertise without taking on full management risk.
New Hardware for Casino Floors
LT Game is also preparing new products for physical casinos. A new system called Black Coral is due to launch this year. It features integrated analytics and widgets that display historical and real-time gameplay data.
Black Coral will be paired with a new cabinet called Speedwave. The slant-top unit is built on an architecture that lets operators swap between different games by simply changing the topper.
Paradise said this flexibility is designed to help casino operators respond faster to changing player preferences. It also allows them to get more value from each position on the gaming floor.
The company is actively pitching its full product portfolio to operators in its target markets across Asia and North America.
Paradise framed its FY25 results as underlining the need for its current pivot. Black Coral and Speedwave are expected to begin reaching casino floors later this year.
