Symplify has launched a redesigned version of its App Push editor. The update was announced on September 2, 2026.
The company is a CRM and AI cloud solutions provider based in Stockholm. It builds tools for operators and CRM teams.
The redesign brings the App Push editor closer to the rest of the Symplify platform. Symplify says this creates a more consistent workflow across its tools.
Campaign Creation Moves Into Settings Panel
Under the old system, campaign content had to be added in a separate section. That has changed with the new update.
Content can now be added directly within the settings panel. This cuts down on the number of steps needed to build a campaign.
The editor also includes a new preview function. This lets users see how a notification will look while they are still building it.
Symplify said the goal of these changes is a cleaner and more intuitive campaign building experience for its users.
New Options for Audience Segmentation
The redesign also changes how CRM teams create notifications for different audiences. Multiple notifications can now be built within a single campaign.
The first notification in a campaign acts as a fallback. It goes to recipients who do not match any of the defined audience segments.
This setup lets teams send targeted messages to specific groups. At the same time, it still reaches recipients outside those groups.
The settings section itself has also been reworked. Symplify says navigation is now clearer and the structure is more user friendly.
The company says this is meant to help CRM teams manage their campaigns with less effort.
Another change gives users the ability to delete App Push campaigns directly through the platform. Previously, this required extra steps outside the main interface.
This addition gives teams more direct control over how they manage their campaigns. It also simplifies cleanup of older or unused campaigns.
Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, Symplify’s Chief Sales Officer, commented on the update. He said the new editor is designed to deliver a faster and more intuitive user experience.
Feldt-Sørensen said the redesign focused on usability and workflow efficiency. He added that it aims to make campaign creation easier while giving teams more flexibility and control within the platform.
The updated App Push editor is now live on the Symplify platform as of September 2, 2026.
