Symplify Technologies AB has returned to profitability in 2025. The Stockholm based marketing technology company posted its strongest financial results in several years.
Full year revenue reached about SEK 477 million in 2025. That compares to SEK 203 million in 2024 and SEK 138 million in 2023.
Revenue grew by roughly 3.5 times over the two year period. The growth followed a period of heavy investment and losses at the company.
Net profit for 2025 came in at approximately SEK 8.8 million. This reverses losses of SEK 5.6 million in 2024 and SEK 15.4 million in 2023.
Balance Sheet Shows Strong Improvement
Symplify’s balance sheet improved sharply during the year. Equity rose to about SEK 109.3 million in 2025.
That is up from just SEK 0.7 million at the end of 2024. Equity stood at SEK 6.2 million in 2023.
The company’s solidity ratio climbed to 63.2% in 2025. That compares with 6.2% in 2024 and 13.7% in 2023.
Solidity ratio measures a company’s equity against its total assets. A higher ratio generally points to lower financial risk.
Leadership Points to Long Term Plan
Symplify Chief Sales Officer Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen commented on the results. He said the company made a large investment in its technology three years ago.
Feldt-Sørensen said a clear growth plan was put in place at that time. He added that this year’s results show the plan worked.
He described the shift as moving from fighting for stability to posting real profitability. He said the company is now positioned to take on new customers.
Feldt-Sørensen credited the company’s technology as proven and scalable. He said this will support continued growth going forward.
Symplify’s operating profit, known as EBIT, reached SEK 15.1 million in 2025. That followed an operating profit of SEK 21.7 million in 2024.
In 2023, the company recorded an operating loss of SEK 10.3 million. The 2024 period marked a turning point at the operating level.
The core business became profitable at the operating level in 2024. One off costs still led to a negative net result that year.
That operating strength carried into 2025. The company moved into net profitability while increasing both its equity and solidity ratio.
Symplify enters 2026 with revenue of about SEK 477 million from the previous financial year. It also carries a positive net result and a stronger balance sheet.
