Casino Plus Integrates PAGCOR Problem Gambling Helpline for Players and Families
Casino Plus has added the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.’s National Problem Gambling Helpline directly to its digital gaming platform. The move gives players and their families a direct route to government-backed support services without leaving the platform.
The helpline number is (02) 8248-9568 and runs around the clock, seven days a week. It provides confidential counseling for people dealing with gambling-related problems, as well as support for family members.
The helpline is being run in partnership with Seagulls Flock Organization Inc. The group offers counseling, psychological services, referrals, and ongoing mental health support for callers who need more than a single session.
Casino Plus said the decision came from a need to make help easier to find while users are already on the platform. The company framed the integration as part of its broader responsible gaming commitment.
What’s Inside the Help Center
The helpline now sits alongside several other tools inside the Casino Plus Help Center. These include links to PAGCOR’s responsible gaming portal, an online self-exclusion application, a self-exclusion form, a family exclusion form, and a licensee-emanating exclusion form.
Placing all these tools in one location is intended to make them easier to find. The setup is designed so that both players and family members can access government resources quickly.
The company said no changes were made to its gaming products or services as part of this update. The helpline integration is purely an addition to its user support structure.
What the CEO Said
Casino Plus CEO Evan Spytma said responsible gaming is about people, not just systems and procedures. He said the company’s growth comes with a duty to make sure players are informed and cared for.
Spytma said making the national problem gambling helpline available is a key part of reaching people who may need it. He placed the move within the company’s wider efforts to keep support visible on the platform.
The initiative reflects a pattern seen across online gaming operators in the Philippines, where regulators have pushed platforms to connect users with support services more directly.
PAGCOR has been expanding its responsible gaming infrastructure, and the helpline is one of its more recent additions. Casino Plus is among the first operators to embed it inside a Help Center alongside existing exclusion tools.
The helpline, self-exclusion options, and PAGCOR resources are now available together in one place for all Casino Plus users.
