BC Game, an online casino and sports-betting platform, has named Ali “Ako” Muhanned as its Chief Executive Officer. The company announced the appointment on October 28, 2026.
Ako is not new to the company. He has worked on BC Game’s brand strategy, international partnerships and development for several years.
The new role gives him a more public position in the business. As CEO, he will lead the company’s next phase, with a focus on player trust, the platform experience and international growth.
“For me, this is the next step in a business I’ve been deeply involved in for years,” Ako said. He added that much of his work had happened behind the scenes.
He said he now wants the BC Game community to have a more direct connection with him. He also wants players to better understand what the company is building.
Ako said he has cared about BC Game since it was founded, when he was 19. The platform was launched in 2017.
“It’s about making decisions we can stand behind, building a strong team and delivering an experience that gives players a reason to stay with us,” he said.
New CEO Plans Monthly Player Sessions
Ako wants player feedback to play a more direct role in how BC Game finds problems and improves its services. To support this, he is introducing three commitments.
The first is a series of monthly open sessions. In these live conversations, Ako will answer player questions, discuss priorities and share business updates.
The second is a dedicated escalation channel. It will send unresolved player issues to a team that reports directly to the CEO.
The third is regular public progress reports. These will cover the issues players raise most often, the action being taken and the work still ahead.
“Trust isn’t built by announcements. It’s built by what happens when something goes wrong,” Ako said. He added that players deserve clear answers and proper follow-through.
Focus on Growth and Responsible Gaming
Under Ako, BC Game plans to improve its core casino and sports-betting products. The company also aims to strengthen international partnerships and pursue responsible growth in new markets.
Community and entertainment will remain part of the plan. The company said it will also focus on service quality and responsible gaming.
Players can share feedback with Ako through his @akofocus accounts on X and Instagram. Account-specific concerns should still go through BC Game’s official support channels.
Details on the new escalation process will be shared through official channels at a later date.
Ako’s first live session is planned for Saturday, November 7, 2026, on Gosh.com/akofocus. The company said the exact time will be announced closer to the date.
