Symplify has formed a partnership with Promofy, an AI gamification platform. The deal puts Promofy’s no-code gamification engine directly inside Symplify’s automated customer journeys.
The agreement was announced on September 28, 2026. It is aimed at CRM teams working in the online gaming industry.
Under the deal, CRM teams can build and launch gamified experiences inside Symplify’s platform. They will no longer need to move between separate systems to do this.
No-code means teams can set up these experiences without writing software code. This allows marketing and CRM staff to run campaigns on their own.
How the Integration Works
Symplify will manage orchestration, segmentation and targeting. This means it decides which players receive a specific experience and when it is delivered.
Promofy will provide the gamification elements. These include games, challenges and rewards driven by artificial intelligence.
The experiences can be triggered by player activity. Examples include a player making a first deposit, going inactive for a period of time or reaching a VIP milestone.
When one of these preset triggers is reached, the matching Promofy experience can start automatically. No extra manual setup is required.
The partnership also links the two platforms through player data. Symplify already holds the data used to build and manage customer journeys.
Because of this, information does not need to be exported or recreated for gamification campaigns. The data stays in one place.
Promofy was named Best Startup at ICE 2026, a major gaming industry trade event.
What the Companies Said
Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, Chief Sales Officer at Symplify, said gamification often runs on its own. “Gamification often sits in its own corner, running as a separate campaign with its own data and its own setup,” he said.
He said bringing Promofy inside Symplify’s journeys closes that gap. “CRM teams can reward a player at the moment that matters, using behaviour we are already tracking, and they can do it without writing a line of code.”
Irakli Davarashvili, Founder and CEO of Promofy, also spoke about the deal. He said working with Symplify helps Promofy’s games and challenges reach players when they are most likely to respond.
“Our engine allows targeting to be driven by live player behaviour rather than a list pulled together the week before,” Davarashvili said.
