Lotte Tour Development reported its strongest casino sales month of 2026 in July. The revenue came from its foreigner-only casino at Jeju Dream Tower.
Casino sales for the month reached KRW51.59 billion, or about $36.06 million. The company shared the figures in a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.
July’s total was up 18.8% compared to the same month last year. It was also 5.8% higher than June, making it the best month of the year so far.
Table Games Lead Growth
Table games made up most of the casino’s revenue. Sales from this segment reached about KRW48.91 billion in July.
That figure was 3.6% higher than June and 17.7% higher than July of last year. The table game hold rate, which measures how much of the money wagered the casino keeps, came in at 22.6%.
This was up 1.6 percentage points from June. It was also 5.3 percentage points higher than the same month in 2025.
Lotte Tour did not offer any explanation for the changes in its filing. The numbers speak to a strong month for the property’s main gaming business.
Machine Games And Visitor Traffic Rise
Machine game sales also grew during the month. Revenue from this category reached nearly KRW2.69 billion.
That was a jump of 76.8% from June and 44.1% higher than the same period last year. The hold rate for machine games was 5.7%, up from 3.7% in June.
Visitor traffic followed a similar pattern. The casino welcomed 62,706 guests in July.
This was a rise of 2.6% from June and 10.6% from July last year. It was the second highest monthly total since the casino opened in June 2021.
Only May topped it, with 63,192 visitors recorded that month. The steady visitor numbers helped support the rise in gaming sales.
Hotel operations at the resort also improved during the month. Hotel sales reached KRW8.78 billion in July.
That was up 11.3% from a year earlier and 9.4% higher than June. The casino remained the biggest source of revenue at the property, but the hotel added to the overall gain.
Lotte Tour did not give reasons for the year-on-year or month-on-month shifts in either division. The filing only included the raw figures.
Looking at the first seven months of 2026, the casino’s table drop, the amount customers paid for chips, reached KRW1.43 trillion. That was up 13.1% from the same period last year.
Casino sales for the January through July period totaled KRW317.34 billion. This was a 33.3% increase from a year earlier, with both table games and machine games posting double-digit growth.
Hotel revenue for the same seven months reached KRW49.71 billion. That marked a 13.4% rise from the prior year.
July stands as the top-performing month of 2026 so far for Jeju Dream Tower, based on the newly released data.
